ISH MEMBERSHIP

Individuals, Government and Non Government institutions interested in the field of hydraulic engineering/ research are welcome to become members of ISH. Members receive every year three online issues of ISH Journal of Hydraulic Engineering, two issues of ISH Newsletters and are entitled the concessional rate for participation in ISH sponsored events.

ISH FELLOW MEMBERSHIP

A person nominated for Fellow membership must be a member of ISH. Any person having a minimum of 15 years experience in Design / Research / Teaching Construction in the field of Hydraulic Engineering or related field is eligible for Fellow membership. Applications are scrutinized in January and July every year. President and Executive Council will approve the nominations. Fellow membership Form may please be filled in and return to the Secretary, ISH.

MEMBERSHIP INSTRUCTION/ FEES

The details of fees for the individual membership (Life membership), Corporate Membership as applicable from June 1998  are as follows:

Individual Membership

• Life Membership: ₹5000/-
• Fellow Membership: ₹15000/-
• Corporate Membership: ₹20000/-

Foreign Membership

• Life Membership: USD 400
• Annual Membership: USD 40
• Corporate Membership: USD 1000

IAHR e-MEMBERSHIP

ISH has signed Partnering Agreement with IAHR. This would enable all the life members of the ISH to obtain annual membership of IAHR and get access to IAHR publications in electronic form at nominal charges. All interested members may apply before 31st January every year and they may contact Secretary, ISH at ish_office@rediffmail.com for further details. ISH members are also entitled to get annual membership in IAHR at concessional rate.
